The City will not be involved in an assessment <br />process, but will own and maintain the sewer (on easements) once it is completed subject to City <br />acceptance. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Council may adopt the attached resolution granting Final Plat Approval subject to applicant <br />completing all punchlist items to the satisfaction of staff. City Engineer and City Attorney prior to <br />releasing the plat for filing. Prior to adoption. Council should review any remaining concerns or <br />questions related to stormwater management, site improvements, tree/woodland preservation or any <br />other pertinent topics. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached resolution for Final Plat Approval, subject to all remaining conditions as outlined <br />on the May 22, 1998 list being completed to the satisfaction of staff, City Engineer and City <br />Attorney prior to release of the final plat for filing by the City Attorney. <br />•• • w
