Include analysis regarding the importance of rural development density to protecting <br />Lake Minnetonka, both in terms of water quality and water quantity. <br />B. The City needs to determine if there are to be any significant changes from the <br />current land use plan that would affect the density of development, prior to finalizing <br />the SWMP (this is particularly the case in the Highway 12 area) <br />>v: <br />..-f <br />C. Coordinate the City's surface water planning efforts with the MCWD. <br />D. Coordinate Highway 12 area stormwater planning with Mn/DOT and Long Lake. <br />VI. Parks, Open Space, and Trails. The parks element needs to reflect the resolution adopted by <br />the City Council indicating the intent to acquiie additional land for parks and open space. <br />The parks element also needs to include updated language regarding park dedication. <br />'■ ■■ i
