At this time. Brook Park Realty still has <br />concerns about the ability to gain access to County Road 15. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to continue action on the Brook Park Realty application for a PRD and Class III preliminary <br />subdivision at 3760 Shoreline Drive.
