r <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE <br />TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.27 SUBD. 5 (B) <br />FILE NO. #2354 <br />WHEREAS, Konrad Krueger (hereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of the <br />property located at 520 Hanlon Avenue within the City of Orono (hereinafter the City ) and <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot 17 and 18, Block 15, "Minnetonka Bluffs, Hennepin County, MN <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to <br />Zoning Code Section 10.28, Subd. 5 (B) to rehabilitate the <br />second story and a tuck under garage. Variances for front, side and rear y <br />required. <br />Minnesota: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />FINDINGS <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2354. <br />The property is located in the RR-IB Single Family Rural Residential Zoning <br />District requiring 2 acres in area. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on April 20, 1998 <br />and recommended approval of the proposed variances based upon the following <br />findings: <br />The lot size is .11 acres (4,853.9 sq. ft.) in the RR-lB District where the <br />minimum lot size is 2 acres. <br />A. <br />B.
