COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of the 1997 budget amendments for the <br />General and Special Revenue Funds as presented; and approval and authorization of the <br />cash advance of $4,000 from the PIR Fund to the Municipal State Aid Fund, to be <br />effective December 31, 1997. Further, that the 1997 Building Outlay Fund budget <br />amendment for the public works building entrance canopy project, approved 12/8/97, in <br />the amount of $19,480, be transferred to the 1998 Building Outlay Fund budget.
