Approximately <br />954 s.f. of the southwest comer is paved street. The road represents 6.81% hardcover. Hardcover <br />calculations that exclude the pave ’ road reduce the total lot area to 13,146 s.f. or .29 acre. Revised <br />hardcover calculation are 3,860 s.f or 29.58% of the reduced lot area. A hardcover variance is not <br />required for this application.
