Storm sewer calculations must
be provided, and revisions to the plans completed per the City Engineer's
February 13 comments. Applicant shall provide confirmation as to
whether gutter runoff from Shadywood Road will be entering the site and
if so, that it will be adequately handled. A building permit cannot be
issued until the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has approved the
stormwater plans.
C. Engineering details and design must be provided for the proposed
retaining wall. Due to steep slopes along the north boundary of the site
arid north boundary of the pond, additional retaining walls may be
required to result in slopes no greater than 3:1 to allow for landscaping
viability.
