Railroad switch yards. <br />Staff believes the study can be completed, and the ordinance amended to reflect the results of the <br />study within a period of six months. Therefore, staff recommends the moratorium be enacted, <br />effective March 9, 1998 and terminated on September 15, 1*^98.
