Approval of the landscape plan as revised except in relation to the amount of green <br />space in required front yard. <br />5. Approval of revised site layout generally, including trash enclosure location and <br />onentation, entrance monument and pylon sign locations, building signage plan, <br />pedestrian trail location, etc., with some stipulations: <br />a. Pedestrian trail crossing at drive-thru exit to parking lot should be striped <br />and signed. <br />b.
