At the time of the filing of <br />the revised subdivision application, Mr. Carlson also filed a <br />separate conditional use permit/variance application for proposed <br />improvements within commons outlot involving land alterations, <br />installation of tennis court, gazebo and trail system. <br />Application #1630 was tabled by the Planning Commission until <br />applicant had completed the permit review process with the Corps <br />of Engineers for trail system.
