ORDINANCE f , SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #82, SECOND SERIES OF THE ORONO <br />CITY CODE RELATING TO PARK DEDICATION AND CASH FOR DEVELOPMENT OF <br />LAND. <br />follows: <br />The City Council of the City of Orono ordains as <br />Ordinance #82, Second Series adopted April 9, 1990 is <br />hereby amended by the repeal of Section 2, Subdivision F. <br />Development of Land Previously Platted. <br />This amendment shall have full force and effect upon its <br />passage and publication. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Orono, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, this 8th day of October, 1990. <br />Edward J.
