This <br />can be accomplished with two interior stairs. If the <br />outside stair was reduced to one 4' x 4’ landing and <br />redesigned such that there is no encroachment in front of <br />the front line of the principal strucure, would this be more <br />acceptable? Remember Application #1142 was approved with an <br />exterior access stairs coming from the second floor but <br />located to rear of stucture. <br />Options of Action <br />Approval as proposed; or <br />Approval as amended. <br />As with the variance application, the application for <br />building permit must be accompanied by an executed Developer's <br />Agreement and Letter of Credit for the remaining improvements for <br />the marina property (repair of southern sea wall and drainage <br />structure, plantings and paving of parking area). <br />Isv
