If Council <br />desires this can be amended and presented at a subsequent meeting <br />or if acceptable at this time, transmitted to the members of the <br />committee. <br />LETTER RESPONSE - Attachment D is a proposed response to the <br />letter received in December. <br />As far as the communications aspect of the study, it is our <br />understanding that MnDOT is currently preparing a brochure for <br />communicating to residents the progress to date on the study and <br />viill hopefully be aval labia within tne next montr.. <br />As noted in Attachment C the "Willmar Group" has set a meeting <br />for March 21, 1991. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />Review Program by Planning Commission - <br />1. Accept the Planning Commission's format scheduling a <br />review by Council for either a separate meeting or at <br />the beginning of the March 25th meeting. <br />2. Amend and adopt their proposal. <br />3. Table until the February 25th meeting. Giving task <br />approval to Planning Commission's current schedule. <br />Update <br />1, Accept the information. <br />2.
