Performance Evaluation Form <br />Annually we review the Administrator's performance in advance of <br />any consideration for a compensation adjustment together with <br />doinp the goal setting for the upcoming year. <br />For the process this year, I would like to have you fill out the <br />attached form that we have used the last few years and turn it in <br />to me, Z would then like to discuss any i&sues you may have <br />regarding the performance evaluation and additional goal setting <br />to be done.
