Review proposed strategic planning for 1991 and decide <br />priorities and approximate timeframes as set forth in Attachment <br />A. <br />2. Initiate annual review process for the Administrator's review. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's March 11, 1991 Council meeting <br />they requested tabling of the strategic plan until a more <br />"decipherable" copy could be presented to them. <br />In addition as noted in Attachment B the annual review process <br />for the Administrator generally takes place during the late <br />March/April/May timeframe and is presented for your consideration <br />as to the process that you would desire to use this year. <br />DISCUSSION - <br />Issue #2 - Administrator Evaluation - In past the evaluation <br />form was use^ presented as a possible basis for reviewing issues <br />related to the Administrator's performance. These were discussed <br />on an informal basis with the Mayor and/or Administrator. This <br />year an additional element is that the State law would permit <br />discussion of th •‘valuation by the Council in private. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />Issue #_1 - Strategic Plan - <br />1. Adopt. <br />2. Amend and adopt. <br />3. Table for further discussion. <br />Issue #2 - Administrator * s Evaluation <br />1. Process <br />A. Formal discussions with Mayor and Administrator
