Remind Council of the time and date for <br />Commission/Council joint meeting. <br />Planning <br />2. Determine location for such a meeting. <br />3, Present Attorney opinions on publicness of meeting place <br />together with the need, if any, for minutes to be taken. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's March 11, 1991 Council meeting <br />they set April 20th at 9;00 a.m. as the date and time for a <br />meeting with Planning Commission. Jeanne Mabusth in a follow up <br />discussion with the Planning Commission at their March 18, 1991 <br />Planning Commission meeting indicated that the four Members <br />present would be able to attend. <br />DISCUSSION - In the discussion of this item on the last agenda <br />there were issues raised regarding aspects which included the <br />following: <br />A, Publicness of place <br />B. Need for minutes to be taken <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Select a place. <br />2. Indicate any agenda items <br />3. Table for further discussion <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the meeting be held at <br />the Art Centerr which is an appropriate setting. It is requested <br />that the Council indicate any agenda items they would like to <br />have discussed in particular at that meeting. It is anticipated <br />that the Planning and Zoning staff together with the City <br />Administrator would be available for attendance at that meeting <br />if Council desires. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by __, seconded by , that Council set <br />the Art Center as the place for breakfast meeting with the <br />Planning Commission on April 20th at 9:00 a.m., together with <br />indicating items that they would like for discussion.
