Officers - The officers of the Commission for 1990 shall be and their <br />duties shall include. <br />a. Chair - Steve Ingram <br />1. Shall preside over the Commission, and be charged with <br />all powers and duties pertaining to such presiding <br />officers. <br />2. Shall have general control, except as provided by rule <br />or law of the portion of the municipal building being <br />used by the Planning Commission at the time of <br />Commission meetings. * <br />4. Shall represent the Commission to the City Council, <br />other organizations and to the public, subject to the <br />direction and review of the Commission. <br />5. Shall appoint members to, and the Chair of, the commit <br />tees of the Commission subject to the approval of the <br />Commission and the consent of each member appointed. <br />6. Shall appoint acting officers of the Commission and to <br />generally supervise and direct the work of the <br />Commission. <br />7. *fay prepare the annual report to the City Council. <br />b. During the absence, disability or disqualification of <br />the Chair, the Vice-Chair shall exercise or perform all <br />the duties and be subject to all the responsibilities of <br />the Chair. <br />2.
