MEETING TIMES <br />1 .The Planning Commission shall meet regularly on the second and fourth <br />Wednesdays of the month at 7:30 p.m. <br />2.Special Planning Commission meetings shall be called by the Chairman <br />on an as needed basis. <br />ATTEMDANCE RULES <br />1. Only four (4) excused absences from a regularly scheduled meeting, per <br />year, shall be permitted. <br />2. Missing two (2) consecutive regularly scheduled meetings shall not be <br />permitted. <br />4. <br />S. <br />6. <br />k <br />I <br />jv' <br />Unexcused absences shall not be permitted. <br />Failure to abide by these rules shall be a forfeiture of a seat on the <br />Commission. <br />All regularly scheduled meetings are to be conducted. A field trip or <br />an educational meeting could be scheduled if no business is at hand. <br />Commissioners will, by al 1 means, attempt to notify City Staff if they <br />are unable to attend a meeting. <br />Page 4
