Choose not to undertake. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council direct staff <br />to further refine the cost elements before going for request for <br />proposals for storm water management to determine the cost of <br />undertaking such. It is further recommended that the Council <br />direct staff to further explore the utility alternative and <br />determine the cost for developing a storm water utility policy <br />with its Engineer. While the storm water management plan talked <br />about in Issue #1 is helpful in developing the policy it is not a <br />necessary step to be undertaken. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by Council direct <br />staff to develop a request for proposal for storm water managment <br />plan and that staff obtain the cost for developing a storm water <br />utility policy from its Engineer.
