E. Undertake a New Fac 11 i ty - Should the City <br />select a site for Public Works and determine its <br />financing approach it could immediately go to <br />construct a building for Public Works and once <br />completed move into that from what ever option was <br />selected for interim storage. <br />F. Construction of a temporary - For approximately <br />$55,000 the City could construct a pole shed of <br />7,200 square feet. This would be only a temporary <br />solution but would be approximately equal the cost <br />of rental for 1 year of a larger facility. (As the <br />City's threshold for sprinkling is 5,000 square <br />feet we could get by with this at a cost of about <br />$42,000.) <br />4. Workshop Meeting Date and Puroose - This is addressed <br />in Attachment A together with the issues of note at thar <br />meeting would be; <br />Site <br />Size of facility <br />Cost and financing <br />Roles for Planning Commission and Citizen Committee <br />Additionally related to that would be level of <br />participation Council would desire from Planning <br />Commission and Citizens Committee in that workshoo. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />Issue #1 - Common versus split site <br />1. Focus on one common site. <br />2. Select and focus on split sites. <br />3. Raise additional issues or ask questions. <br />4. Table to March 11th. <br />Issue #2 - Questionarie <br />1. Direct staff to send. <br />2. Amend and adopt. <br />3. Limit to Crystal Bay sewer assessment area <br />4. Area within a mile. <br />5. Table pending further schematics for the design in <br />Crystal Bay.
