Update Council as to schedule of upcoming meetings. <br />3. Present to Council for their consideration and potential <br />adoption a charge for Citizens Committee members. <br />4. Consider a response to a letter on Highway 12. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council ’s January 23rd workshop they <br />requested the ; the Planning Commission undertake the review of <br />process to date. In response to that Attachment A outlines <br />the process they have developed. Additionally discussed at that <br />neeting was the development of a potential charge outlining <br />responsibilities for the Citizens Committee members in <br />representing the City. <br />DISCUSSION - <br />Issue #1 - In order to undertake the process as quickly as <br />possTble the Planning Commission Chair and Building and Zoning <br />Administrator developed Attachment A. It is anticipated, if <br />Council concurs in the process and if they are able to accomplish <br />the work as outlined, that they would present a recommendation to <br />Council at the Council ’s March 11, 1991 Council meeting. (It <br />should be noted that the attachments listed in Attachment A are <br />included in the Council's Strategic Issue Development Chapter on <br />Highway 12.) Council may desire to accept for further <br />consideration the recommendation at either that meeting or the <br />March 25th meeting. Given events currently scheduled for the <br />March 11th meeting it would perhaps be beat to hold a public <br />discussion either at a separate session or at the beginning of <br />the 25th session. <br />Issue 12 - Upcoming corridor study meetings.
