'i <br />Zoning RggnirgiBnnta - The zoning requirements that exist within <br />the City of Orono currently meet or exceed those set forth by the <br />Department of Natural Resources (DNR) in Management of Shoreland <br />Regulations# 6120.2500 to 6120.3900# and as such a specific <br />delineation of the Standards is not required. These include# <br />except as otherwise addressed in the the following section: <br />Lot Size. <br />Lot Width. <br />Permitted Uses. <br />Conditional Oses. <br />Districts falling within the Shoreland areas include: <br />LR-IA RR-IA B-1 <br />LR-IB RR'IB B-2 <br />LR-IC RR-lB-1 B-3 <br />LR-lC-1 RS B-4 <br />B-5 <br />Additional zones that meet or exceed the requirements in <br />those areas that can be used within the Shoreland areas: <br />PRD <br />PDD <br />B-6 <br />R-IA <br />R-IB <br />N-6 (Currently not allowed within 1000* of any lake) <br />'Changes in any of these zones in the categories listed above <br />mast not be less than the DNR regulations effective 7/3/89. <br />m^ >*Nbrictiye Applies - This overlay district is applicable in <br />areas defined oelow and represent requirements that are in <br />addition to the requirements set forth in the various zoning <br />districts. Zn case of conflict# the most restrictive provision <br />applies. <br />Administration - Notice to DNR.
