West Hennepin Human Services Planning Board <br />Memo Dated 2/11/91 <br />B. 1991 Budget Excerpt - pg 11 <br />ISSUE - Determination as to whether the Council desires to fund <br />the amount requested by this organization for 1991. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's December 18, 1990 budget meeting <br />it was determined that all non-profit non-governmental agencies <br />who had requested funding would need to make subsequent requests <br />for this funding. Attachment A represents the request for West <br />Hennepin Human Services Planning Board. <br />The amount requested is within the amount budgeted and is <br />available from the budget in the 1991 budget. Attachment B <br />outlines the comparison with 19v? for this organization. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Authorize payment <br />2. Amend and authorize. <br />3. Table for further discussion. <br />4. Determine not to authorize this payment. <br />RECOMMy^RATION - It is recommended that the Council authorize <br />payment of for the calendar year 1991. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by _, that Council <br />authorize the payment of $1»6?1^.00 as outlined in Attachment A, <br />as the request is within the amount budgeted for 1991.
