The final step in the process is to <br />have each city approve and adopt this amendment. <br />I have included with this memo three copies each of the <br />proposed amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement and the <br />resolution for submission to your city council. Upon <br />approval, please return two signed copies each of the <br />Resolution and Amendment to my office. <br />I am requesting that all cities adopt this amendment by <br />June 1, 1991.
