Staff has <br />dtafted another resolution amending a previous '^ouncil action. <br />It would appear that this would be the most expedient way to <br />respond to the concerns of Mr. Pihlstrom. Note the resolution <br />has included the necessary findings for the rescinding of the <br />original condition in Resolution #2877. <br />- -5
