Ue Mould, therefore, restate our request that public utilities <br />both lots, with the following conditions: <br />a. Ihe sewer and water lines would be constructed to City Standards. <br />b. The lines would be jointly owned by the two lot owners to a point <br />near the first home where a sanitary manhole and water shutoffs would be <br />located. Private individual services would then be extended to each <br />hoae. <br />c.
