mim <br />HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds <br />division of a lot line rearrangement, the creation of a private <br />access easement and a lot width variance for Joseph Sawchuk, <br />Christopher F, Dale and Geri Lee Paulson as shown on the <br />Certificate of Survey by Phillip A. Nelson of All-Metro Land <br />Surveyors dated January 7, 1991, revised January 25, 1991 and <br />attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />1, Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of <br />Orono, Christopher F. Dale and Geri Lee Paulson must apply <br />to the City for legal combination for tax purposes the <br />following properties, as described in the above referenced <br />survey of the metes and bounds division of a lot line <br />rearrangement: Tract B to be combined with Tract C <br />2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached <br />Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's office or Registrar of <br />Titles office on or before August 11, 1991 together with a <br />certified original copy of this resolution. <br />The subdividers are hereby advised that in order to <br />fulfill the intent of this subdivision, that additional <br />documentation must be created to provide for the legal transfer <br />of fee title and granting of easement. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the division has not been filed by the date specified above. In <br />that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with <br />the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this <br />11th day of February, 1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
