Cali to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m <br />Cochran. <br />by Jha i r <br />2. Roll Call <br />Members Present: Bert Foster. Vice iJhair. Deephaven; James <br />Grathwol, Excelsior; David Cochran, Chair. Greenwood; Robert <br />Pillsbury. Minnetonka; John Lewman, Minnetrista; Tlu.nicJS Reese, <br />Mound; Robert Rascop, Shorewood: Douglas Babcock, secretary, <br />Spring Park: Marvin Bjorlin, Tonka Bay: Thomas Mar'inson. <br />Wayzata. Also present: Charles LeFevere, Counsel. Deputy <br />Schmidt, Sheriff’s Water Patrol; Rachel Thibault. Administrative <br />Technician; David Arndorfer, Consultant; Eugene Ctr-.-nunen. <br />Executive Director. <br />Members Absent: Jan Boswinkel. Trea.surer. Minnetonka Beach; <br />JoEllen Hurr, Orono; Robert Slocum, Woodland. The City of <br />Victoria was not represented due to the resignation of its <br />representative. <br />3. Reading of Minutes: Foster moved. Grathwol sec''>nd>=*d. to <br />approve the minutes of the October 24, 1990 meeting as submitted. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Foster moved, Bjcr.in seconded, to rescind the motion for <br />minutes approval upon noting the agenda request for an .amendment <br />to the minutes. <br />The City of Greenwood requests that its objections to the <br />Management Plan bo recorded in the minutes, detailed in a <br />Resolution dated 10-9-90. The City of Victoria similarly stated <br />certain objections not recorded in the minutes via a letter dated <br />9-7-90. <br />Foster moved, Babcock seconded, approval of tiie 1U-24*9U <br />minutes with the inclusion of the statements from Greenwood and <br />Victoria following Martinson's statement on page 6. (.Jrathwol and <br />Cochran expressed concern because the statements were not <br />presented in person. It was noted the statements were included <br />in the public record of comments on tlie proposed long-term <br />management program. Lewman objected because the letters were not <br />presented by the cities at the meeting. Babcock withdrew his <br />second and Foster withdrew his motion. <br />Grathwol moved. Rascop seconded, approval of the 1U-24-9U <br />regular meeting minutes noting that the Resolution fi’'.*m the city <br />of Greenwood dated 10-9-90 and the letter from the c’ity of <br />Victoria dated 9-7-90 were received.
