Such records are <br />subject to applicable data privacy laws with not public data <br />separated in the personnel record from the public data. It is the <br />responsibility of each employee to check with the Administrator ’s <br />office at least euinually to ensure that the data below is correct, <br />and reflects current information about the employee: <br />a. correct home address and telephone number <br />b. change in dependents <br />c. person to contact in case of emergency <br />d. beneficiary changes (group life insurance and pension) <br />e. legal change in name. <br />2. Personn'^l records, including physical examinations, <br />performance evaluations and histories, shall be open for <br />inspection and review by the employee subject of the record, an <br />authorized representative of the employee, and City personnel who <br />have authorized access to employment records. Review of personnel <br />data shall be during office hours in accordance with such <br />procedures as the Administrator may prescribe. The Administrator <br />shall maintain records necessary to the proper administration of <br />the personnel system. <br />Nothing in this section shall be constructed to proh'bit the <br />public's access to records deemed public under the Government Data <br />Practices Act.
