Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by All <br />Metro Land Surveyors Inc, revised 12/1/90. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br />wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br />side of internal property lines. <br />c) Designation and dedication of a public road within <br />the subject property (extension of Wear Lane North). <br />d) Dedication of 33* of right-of-way for Old Crystal <br />Bay Road. <br />e) Name plat . <br />B. ’’^AL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners* <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />docusHints affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Signed and executed developers agreement and letter <br />of credit for construction of the public road. <br />e) Signed and executed Road and Utilities Mement to <br />be granted to the City over area of cul—de—sac not <br />included in public right-of-way. <br />Page 3 of 4
