All lots shall achieve access via the extension of Wear <br />Lane North. No additional curb cuts shall be allowed at Old <br />Crystal Bay Road except that City will allow existing drive- <br />%fny serving residence within Lot 2. Block 2 until a new <br />principal structure is installed on property. <br />2. Public road to be installed to northern boundary of <br />property. Temporary cul-de-sac to be installed at northern <br />border. Applicant to provide underlying road and utility <br />easements over portions of cul-de—sac not located within 50 <br />public road. Applicant shall be responsible for the removal <br />of the existing cul-de-sac within Wear Lane North. <br />3. Septic teat site within southeast portion of Lot 1. <br />Block 1. Lot 1. Block 2 and Lot 2. Block 2 must be fenced <br />off prior to any land alterations within the subject <br />property. <br />4. Engineering plans for road must be approved by the City <br />Engineer before the applicant's contractor can begin <br />construction of public road. <br />5. Applicant shall have filed against the chain of title of <br />Lots 1 and 2. Block 2 covenants that define location of <br />••p^ic test sites in order to protect these areas at the <br />time a future drive is installed within private driveway <br />outlet to serve Lot 2* Block 2. <br />€.
