The development is subject to the standard <br /> Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee of $4,330 per acre x 4.89 gross acres = <br /> $21,173. <br /> 3. City Engineer Approval. Approval is subject to the existing and ongoin� <br /> recommendations of the City Engineer. <br /> 4. Plans and Specifications.
