The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them if the <br />work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position. <br /> <br />• Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology <br />issues and problems. <br />• Install, configure and maintain communication and network infrastructure including: <br />server, WANs, LANs, internet connection, PC’s, iPads, cell phones, MDC’s, ticket <br />printers, other related hardware, network printers, phone system and software <br />applications.network equipment including: PC’s, Ipads, cell phones, MDC’s, ticket <br />printers, other related hardware, network printers, phone system and software <br />applications. <br />• Work with network consultants in the maintenance and design of network infrastructure, <br />cloud services and remote access. <br />• Troubleshoot end user connectivity errors, remote access issues, hardware application, <br />internet, and other network errors. <br />83
