Gallagher & Co. <br /> <br />Laura Ford serves as Senior Consultant with GallagherÂ’s <br />Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. <br />Bringing more than 25 years as both a human resources <br />internal leader and as a consultant, her expertise includes a <br />wide range of human resources and organizational <br />development solutions. In addition to deep experience in <br />employee relations, leadership development and compliance, <br />she is a seasoned facilitator, certified leadership coach, and <br />trainer adept at developing leaders and managers across a <br />variety of industries. <br /> <br />Ms. Ford brings experience within a wide variety of industries <br />including higher education, non-profit, manufacturing, and <br />professional services industries. She enjoys the challenge of <br />customizing best practices and solutions to meet the <br />individual culture and needs of client organizations. During <br />her career, Ms. Ford has worked with a variety of clients from <br />entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 100 companies. <br /> <br />Having earned a B.A. in English and Political Science from <br />Augustana College, Ms. Ford completed extensive <br />coursework in instructional design and organizational <br />leadership at both the University of Iowa and at Drake <br />University. She is a member of the Society of Human <br />Resources (SHRM), where she served on the Consultants <br />Forum Board of Directors as well as on the Training and <br />Development Committee. <br /> <br />Ms. Ford is certified as a Senior Professional in Human <br />Resources (SPHR), and is a former instructor for PHR and <br />SPHR certification programs.
