Policy Review and Updates <br />A review of current policies surrounding employee conduct and harassment. After a review, <br />suggested changes and policy additions will be recommended to set a foundation for professional <br />conduct. Typical policies include: <br /> Code of Conduct <br /> Employee Expectations <br /> Harassment and Reporting Options <br /> Bullying and Reporting Options <br /> Retaliation <br /> <br />Pricing: $2500-$5000 based on additional policy creation needed. <br /> <br />2. Respect in the Workplace Training – 2-hour workshop for all employees <br /> <br />Respect in the Workplace training is designed to reinforce expectations for all employees <br />regarding professional behavior and a culture where mutual respect is the norm. As the <br />workforce continues to change, these sessions will provide new strategies to create effective <br />working relationships, as well as comply with the organization’s harassment policies and code of <br />conduct. Given the context of what has been provided, we recommend these mandatory <br />sessions be held on-site for all employees. As needed, a virtual session can be scheduled for <br />any employee or leader who is not able to attend the in-person session. <br /> <br />Gallagher HR Consulting will work with you to create a customized program that includes <br />scenarios and examples relevant to your workplace and provide participants for strategies for <br />speaking up and other ways that can create a respectful workplace. Key outcomes include: <br /> <br /> Overview of the changing workplace and blind spots that exist within all of us <br /> Review and discussion of respect and relevant organizational policies <br /> Overview of legal basics regarding harassment/discrimination issues <br /> Types of harassment and discrimination that exist <br /> Retaliation concerns <br /> Discussion of scenarios provided to analyze what is and isn’t harassment <br /> Steps to help promote a respectful workplace, free from harassment <br /> <br />We recommend a separate session for People Leaders that will include the above topics as well <br />as the following outcomes: <br /> <br />68
