Public Comment <br />•This is and opportunity for the public to address the Council <br />•The Council will not engage in discussion or take action in <br />items presented at this time. The Council may refer issues to <br />staff for follow up consideration at a future meeting. <br />•When requested by the Mayor, raise your hand for permission <br />to approach the council. <br />•After approaching the podium, say into the microphone, your <br />name and address for the record. <br />•Each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes. <br />•We encourage speakers to address the entire council and to <br />keep their remarks respectful and relevant. <br />Timer <br />233
