Addressing the Chair: Speakers should address their comments to the Mayor <br />and avoid engaging in side conversations that may distract from the proceedings. <br />4. No Personal Attacks: Criticism of ideas is acceptable, but attacks against <br />individuals are not tolerated. It is the role of the mayor to ensure respectful <br />behavior. <br />5. Orderly Conduct: Attendees are expected to maintain order and refrain from <br />disruptive behavior, such as shouting, heckling, or making excessive noise. <br />6. Following Agenda: Participants should adhere to the agenda and refrain from <br />introducing unrelated topics during the meeting. <br />7. Respect for Time: Speakers should be mindful of time, limit their remarks to <br />allow sufficient opportunity for others to speak.
