Gaffron stated the applicant has provided
adequate detail so that staff feels comfortable with the proposal.
It was moved by Johnson, seconded by Rowlette, to recommend
approval of'App1ication #1762 for Paul W. Boyke, 793 North Ferndale
Road, for preliminary subdivision approval, per staff
recommendations. Ayes 5, nays 1.
