Lawrence, 1550 Sixth Avenue North - <br />Final Subdivision - Resolution <br />The applicant has fulfilled all conditions of Resolution No. 3148, <br />preliminary subdivision resolution granting approval of a two-lot <br />plat. A condition of the preliminary subdivision approval required <br />that applicant file a conditional use permit for second non-rental <br />residential unit on property. Review Resolution No. 3177, the <br />resolution granting a conditional use permit dated September 14, 1992. <br />Staff recommends approval of the plat, Tanglewood Second Addition, <br />subject to the findings and conditions set forth in the enclosed staff <br />resolution.
