Ayes 6, nays 0 <br />(#11) MARINA LICENSE COMPLIANCE UPDATE <br />Jabbour abstained from discussion regarding this issue. <br />Gaffron explained in iate August the Council conceptually denied <br />licenses for Gayles Marina, Lakeside and North Shore Marina. He <br />stated both North Shore and Lakeside have resolved some of the <br />issues. North Shore has completed a portion of the required <br />plantings and have attempted to clean up the property. There is <br />still an Issue of the baffle weir. Lakeside Marina cleaned up the <br />east side of the property.
