Gerhardson, Public Works Director n <br />^ /7a ^ /o <br />November 6, 1992 ^/?s ^ <br />Tree Removal - Alley Behind 1223 Brown Road South *^'Q <br />/ <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />On October 26, 1992 Mr. Curt Quady, 1223 Brown Road South, appeared <br />before Council and complained t^rit a tree in an alley behind his <br />residence was not remove. 1 in a timeVy manner and stated that a tree on <br />North Ferndale had been removed witnin a few days of notification. <br />The tree on North Ferndale was removed recently and was on road right- <br />of-way. The City was first notified of this tree in 1991. <br />I am hopeful that I will be able to meet with Mr. Quady during the <br />week of November 9, 1992 to discuss other trees in the alley that may <br />require trimming or removal.
