The lakeside bank was <br />undermined by the heavy rains and upper rear decks attached to <br />house were washed down the hill. Applicant applied for repair <br />building permit under the Emergency Storm Damange Ordinance» <br />review Exhibits I, J and K(l-3). The approved repairs included <br />the restoration of the lakeshore bank with the installation of <br />the boulder wall at the base and structural repairs of the deck <br />area were to be done in accordance with an original permit issued <br />in 1982, permit #4747, Exhibit 6. The storm damage repairs <br />cosqpleted by applicant did not follow the guidelines setforth in <br />the directions in the building permit of 1987. The original deck <br />shown on Exhibit K(l-3) became an enclosed structure with a hot- <br />tcb. Applicant contends that an original lakeside gabeso was <br />destroyed with the landslide from the storms. The City has no <br />V
