4 ♦ <br />A RESOLOTION ACCEPTING JDRISDICTION <br />0.08 MILES (400-I- FEET) OF NAYATA BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal organization <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, old Highway 12 -- Wayzata Boulevard (now County <br />Road 42) is partly within the boundaries of the City of Orono; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County wishes to turn back that <br />roadway to the municipalities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono <br />accepts jurisidiction of 400+ feet of Wayzata Boulevard which is <br />within the boundaries of the City of Orono. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this <br />9th day of November, 1992. <br />ATTEST; <br />Dorothy M.
