J <br />TO;Mayor and City Council <br />FROM Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />DATE November 6, 1992 <br />0/lfQ <br />SUBJECT; Resolutions Amending the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project <br />Assessment Roll to Reduce the Assessment Amounts for <br />Properties Owned by Donald Gronberg and Alvin Balgaard <br />Attached are resolutions reducing the Stubbs Bay sewer project <br />assessment amounts for properties owned by Donald Gronberg and <br />Alvin Balgaard. The reductions reflect actions taken by the <br />Council to reduce the assessments. The assessment related to the <br />Gronberg property was reduced from $18,880.00 to $11,400.00, <br />which is the amount assessed to the other properties in the Leaf <br />and Cygnet area. The Balgaard assessment was reduced from <br />$1 1,500.0'J to $1 1,000.00 as part of an easement acquisition <br />agreement. <br />i.
