Planning & Zoning Admfij^ratoj <br />November 4, 1992 <br />Shoreland Grant Agreement - Expense Documentation <br />The Shoreland Grant Agreement requires that we certify the dates of <br />completion of various items and submit documentation of expenses in <br />order to fulfill the terms of the agreement. <br />A copy of the ordinance certification checklist requiring the mayor's <br />signature is attached and a copy placed in the signature packet. <br />will then forward the signed checklist and ner*essary <br />documentation to the DNR. <br />As a point of information, City expenses incurred relative to adoption <br />of the Shoreland Ordinance through July 5, 1992 are as follows: <br />Publication Costs <br />Barr Engineering <br />(Survey Work for OHW's) <br />Staff Time <br />(269 Hours at $29.00/Hr. Billing Rate) <br />$ 43.80 <br />3,731.08 <br />7,803.00 <br />$11,575.88 <br />The $5,000.00 grant will cover approximately 43% of our actual costs <br />in developing and implementing the Shoreland Ordinance.
