Drainage - <br />a. It is our intention to put gutters on the garage and direct <br />the water to the SW of the garage. <br />b. The drainage from the parking area will be directed along <br />the same path as the present drainav^e flows. It is to the East <br />and down the valley area between our home and the Langhan s <br />property. This valley is a significant depression from either <br />home and is the natural drainage patn. <br />c. Arrows indicate drainage flow. <br />4. Floor Plan - Enclosed is the drawing showing the garage floor <br />plan (26" x 22") and the timbered wall 1’ out from the sides of the <br />garage.
