Hardcover Removal- <br />a. All the landscaping cloth &/or plastic under the landscaping <br />rock will be removed. <br />b. In regard to the concrete steps to the lake it is our <br />intention to remove those steps and replace them with <br />narrower open wooden steps. (See highlighted area - net <br />reduction In hardcover - 74 sq. ft.) <br />c. The bench boxes would be moved to the swimming pool deck. <br />(See highlighted area - reduction of 47 sq. ft. hardcover) <br />d.
