Planning & Zoning Administrator
October 21, 1992
Subject: #1765 John E. I have itemized and calculated 0-75' hardcover based on
the revised survey and my observations on the site, and this yields an
existing 0-75' hardcover of 11.2%.
Similarly, I have itemized hardcover in the 75-250' and 250-500'
zones and can confirm that the surveyor's percent;*.ges (16% and 23%
respectively) are correct.
Mr. Cradit has indicated that Mr. Moore will agree to removal of
approximately 104 s.f. of sidewalk (item I on the 0-75' hardcover
detail) to compensate for the 90 s.f. addition at the southwest corner
of the house.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution, which has
been revised to indicate corrected hardcover percentages and the fact
that there will be concurrent hardcover removals to result in no
hardcover increase in the 0-75' zone.
