Our reasons for <br />this are as follows: <br />1. We are not adding any additional curb cuts by the <br />developement of this property. The primary <br />residence currently accesses off of Old Crystal <br />Bay Road and the two (2) additional/ newly created <br />lots/ will access off an extention of Wear Lane. <br />2. There are adequate site lines that meet your <br />requirements for such an access. <br />3. The existing proposal would create a 600' to 700' <br />foot driveway which is very expensive to build/ <br />upkeep and to maintain. <br />4. The natural access for this lot is from the east/ <br />which would create a much shorter driveway and <br />make for a more desireable house location. <br />We hope you will give this your strongest <br />consideration.
