This letter is to <br />inform you that a building permit is required for storage shed <br />construction in the City of Orono. This shed's placement causes <br />several problems. <br />1) The shed does not appear to meet the required property line <br />and septic system setbacks. <br />A)10'side lot line setback <br />B)5'rear lot line setback <br />c)20'mound septic system setback. <br />Addition of shed causes property ti exceed hardcover <br />limitations.
